Day 1 12WBT Challenge

Found it a little bit hard feeling hungry most of the time. But, managed to get through the day without cheating. Then, I discovered that I could have 2 150 clorie snacks during the day - shows that you really should read EVERYTHING! Discovered the "Snacks" section and there are some fantastic looking things in there. Sure to help with the hunger pangs!

Went to the gym early to set me up properly for the day.

Lots of great support from the other half (Chef!), Facebook friends and forum members.

Starting

I've tried many diets and programs but usually with only moderate results. I've tried Bodytrim, Weightwatchers, Lite'n'Easy etc but, while they work for many people, they weren't really for me.

I'd tried the 12WBT before after doing some ladies' hair who were attending the finale but I guess I only did it half-heartedly (little exercise, larger portions etc.). This time however, I'm determined to do it properly. Weighing out ingredients, following the exercise regime (being nagged at by my other half to do them!) and starting off by doing the pre-season tasks as well as I could. And, of course, charting my journey publicly for all to see...
